Who are we looking for?
We are looking for interested and open-minded students who feel a career in engineering is their calling and who have the gift of analytical thinking and creativity and are capable of applying theoretical expertise in an application-orientated way. German language necessary.
What do we do?
As engineers for technical building equipment, we specialise in the
technical planning of the following system groups
Our planning duties start with consulting, design planning, project management, requests for tender, construction management, and construction supervision for the property developer/owner. The package also includes cost estimates, cost monitoring, and costing. With regard to the energy requirements of buildings (new buildings, old buildings, modifications, and renovations), networking the disciplines of architecture, supporting structures, technical building equipment, acoustics and noise control is very relevant today.
Besides classical planning tasks relating to technical building equipment, requirements and studies of the use of renewable energy and energy optimisation of buildings such as assessing the lifecycle costs, sustainability, as well as the calculation of amortisation periods for facilities and systems are other elements of our daily project work. The search for the right products and components is also part of solving the planning task.
