Regio Kliniken GmbH, District of Pinneberg

Extension and reconstruction of former Pinneberg District Hospital into a modern medical care centre. Construction of a new clinic building with 300 beds for patients and a physiotherapy annex attached to it. Complete conversion of core of old building to provide modern operating theatres, an intensive station, a dialysis centre, an orthopaedic centre, a maternity ward and laboratory areas.

Competence centre for horticulture

Construction of a central information and training centre for horticulture in the community of Ellerhoop, OT-Thiensen in the district of PinnebergConstruction of a central information and training centre for horticulture in the community of Ellerhoop, OT-Thiensen in the district of Pinneberg. On a 8-hectare plot of land, a new centre was constructed with a 2-storey main building with levels for the administration of the agricultural chamber of Schleswig-Holstein as well as tuition rooms for the vocational school including experiment and cooling rooms, information hall, plant conservation hall, staff apartments, training rooms for internal and external usage. Moreover, greenhouses were built on the site with an area of around 3,250 m² under glass.

Conversion and reconstruction of secondary school into a 2-storey modern school complex for full-day attendance with normal classrooms, technical classrooms, refectory, break area with stage sections, public library, youth centre, sports hall with fitness and bicycle cellar, skate track, beach volleyball and rope installation
